Welcome to the outdoor playground of Bend, OR. It’ll be my pleasure to set you up for a personal retreat that will be transformational to say the least. We’ll get you off the grid and out of the daily grind to focus on what matters most. The goal is to help you disconnect in order to reconnect. It’s about intentionally taking time away from your busy and hectic schedule to recalibrate and realign. To get clear again.

Together, we’ll create an itinerary that gets you pumped. Whether that’s a solo adventure where I help send you off (with gear, grub and a journal), or you and I go on an adventure together, or a little bit of both. Either way, we’ll make it intentional, fun and tasty. You’ll walk away refreshed, centered and fully recharged.
