Adventure Coaching is for men who are looking to unleash their full potential and supercharge their personal growth and development. It’s about awareness, accountability, actionable challenges, vision casting, and building the confidence needed become a more active participant in shaping your own life.

Whether you’re facing challenges in your personal life or career, I have been there and understand. I’ve been an entrepreneur for 20 years, lived in a dozen different states, reinvented myself many times, married for 17 years, and I have two teenagers who we’ve traveled all over the world with.

HERE’S THE SITUATION:

Work/life balance must be addressed… knowing ultimately that it is a lie.

Expectations and boundaries must be clearly defined by you… or others will do it for you.

What to expect:

  • Weekly Personal Connection

    12 weeks of intentional connection and topics focused around creating a more integrated life (self care, partnership, parenthood, career, entrepreneur endeavors, etc). The goal is to better understand who you are and where you’re going, while returning to your ‘why’, and learning how to stop getting in your own way.

  • Weekly Well-being Schedule

    Weekly bio-hacks and well-being practices that will help you tune in and explore all that you are capable of. We’ll sample a variety of options to see what works best for you. The goal is to find a practice that truly helps you show up and rise to the many challenges ahead. Because life doesn’t get any easier, we just get better - one step closer to our full potential.

  • Outdoor Capstone Experience

    3 days, 2 nights here in the magical Pacific Northwest one-on-one with me. This all-inclusive experience will be tailored towards you and your interests. We’ll reflect on our weekly sessions, celebrate what’s working, and create some action items that you can tackle upon returning home. Plus, we’ll have an incredibly good time exploring and adventuring outside!

Q. What is an Adventure Coach?

A. It’s a new term (a mash-up) that helps makes sense of what I do.

I’m an Outdoor Adventure Guide: curator of good vibes and outdoor experiences, and a Men’s Health & Wellness Coach: helping busy, ambitious men find a healthier mindset & lifestyle that unlocks the best of themselves. To go from hustle to health & happiness. Inspiring men to reclaim their natural desire to explore, experiment and expand their thinking so that they value a life of purpose over achievement.

All of this is done while engaging in revitalizing outdoor activities. With an Adventure Coach, you’ll work on your life through personalized, adventurous experiences of self-discovery. These will help you redefine yourself from the inside out, build confidence and shift your life in positive ways.

Q. How is Adventure Coaching different from other coaching?

A. Adventure Coaching gets you out of your everyday routines and habits. You’ll get to explore your life through helpful conversations and personalized outdoor activities that create opportunities for meaningful personal growth and transformation.

It’s a rich, deep and varied way to come to a better understanding of yourself. And it’s tailored to you. Adventure Coaching will help motivate you from the inside, so that you can redefine the way you live.

My approach is simple, you are the agenda and you are the approach. Transformation is the only objective.

The truth is you don’t need more external advice, you need internal clarity. You are uniquely you and that’s what makes you valuable. You have the answers and as your guide I will challenge you to dig deep, look at your struggles from alternative view points, and forge your own path.

Q. How does this work exactly?

A. We’ll meet every week (via Zoom/Voxer), and we’ll customize each weekly session to your specific areas of focus.

Adventure coaching also includes a weekly health & well-being schedule that will get you outside exploring your local area. These practices will get you out-of-doors, out of your head, away from distractions, and take some time to tune inward.

After we’ve met weekly for several months, then it will be time to connect in person for an epic outdoor adventure that serves as the capstone experience for our time together. We’ll pull out all the stops and have too much fun celebrating who you are and where you’re going next.

Adventure Coaching is a premium service. These weekly sessions and the outdoor experience together will be transformational to say the lest. Here’s what you’ll receive:

  • 12 weeks of 1:1 sessions with me

    • Meaningful conversations, accountability, curriculum that is customized to you, weekly well-being and bio-hacking practices, and the encouragement needed to keep going.

  • An incredible and customized outdoor experience: 3 days, 2 nights here in the beautiful PNW exploring, adventuring, and unpacking all that we’ve gone through together in our weekly sessions

    • What’s included? The experience/trip portion (accommodations, food & drinks, outdoor gear and activities)

    • What’s not included? Tavel costs to/from Bend, Oregon
