Adventure Coaching is for men who are looking to unleash their full potential and supercharge their personal growth and development. It’s about actionable challenges, vision casting, accountability, and building the confidence needed to become a more active participant in shaping your own life.

Whether you’re facing challenges in your personal life or career, I have been there and understand. I’ve been an entrepreneur for 23 years, lived in a dozen different states, reinvented myself many times, married for 19 years, and I have two teenagers who we’ve traveled all over the world with.

What to expect:

  • Outdoor Capstone Experience

    3 days, 2 nights here in the magical Pacific Northwest on a grand adventure. This all-inclusive experience will be tailored towards you and your interests. We’ll get outside, have a dialed campsite, have too much fun, eat great food and talk about life around a camp fire. You’ll leave with some action items that you can tackle upon returning home. You can choose to start or end with this.

    Weekly Wellbeing Schedule

    Weekly bio-hacks and wellbeing practices that will help you tune in and explore all that you are capable of. We’ll sample a variety of options to see what works best for you. The goal is to find a practice that truly helps you show up and rise to the many challenges ahead. Because life doesn’t get any easier, we just get better - one step closer to our full potential.

    Weekly Personal Connection

    12 weeks of intentional connection and topics focused around creating a more integrated life (self care, partnership, parenthood, career, entrepreneur endeavors, habit building, etc). The goal is to better understand who you are and where you’re going, while returning to your ‘why’, and learning how to stop getting in your own way.

Q. What is coaching?

A. Coaching is a disciplined partnership that points you toward what’s true and usable inside you, then holds you accountable to act on it. It starts with clarity: seeing the edges of your life with courage and precision. It asks the questions that reveal the small, often invisible choices that keep you in place. It refuses the myth that transformation is a single grand gesture and instead focuses on the compound power of deliberate, repeated steps.

Q. What is an Adventure Coach?

A. It’s a new term (a mash-up) that helps makes sense of what I do here.

I’m an Outdoor Adventure Guide: curator of good vibes and outdoor experiences, and a Men’s Health & Wellness Coach: helping busy, ambitious men find a healthier mindset & lifestyle that unlocks the best of themselves. To go from hustle to health & happiness. Inspiring men to reclaim their natural desire to explore, experiment and expand their thinking so that they value a life of purpose over achievement.

All of this is done while engaging in revitalizing outdoor activities. With an Adventure Coach, you’ll work on your life through personalized, adventurous experiences of self-discovery. These will help you redefine yourself from the inside out, build confidence and shift your life in very positive ways.

A. Adventure Coaching gets you out of your everyday routines and habits. You’ll get to explore your life through helpful conversations and personalized outdoor activities that create opportunities for meaningful personal growth and transformation.

It’s a rich, deep and varied way to come to a better understanding of yourself. And it’s tailored to you. Adventure Coaching will help motivate you from the inside, so that you can redefine the way you live.

My framework is simple, you are the agenda, the approach and the conclusion. Transformation is the objective.

The truth is you don’t want more external advice, you need internal clarity. Adventure coaching helps clear the fog.

Q. How does this work exactly?
A. By getting you outside more and out of your head.

We’ll meet every week (via Zoom/Voxer/Phone), to check-in about what’s working in life and maybe what’s not. We’ll customize each weekly session to you and your interests, and your availability. Life is busy, believe me, I get it. A favorite way of mine to check-in is via a phone call while both of us are outside walking a path or trail - urban or in the wilds. A walk and a talk outside can do wonders.

Adventure coaching also includes a weekly health & wellbeing schedule that we’ll create together. It will help you get outside exploring your local area in new ways. These practices will get you out-of-doors, out of your head, away from distractions, and take some time to tune inward.

If you want to get unstuck, adventure coaching gives you three things you can’t get reliably on your own: unblinking clarity, sustained accountability, and a process for turning small, consistent actions into a new identity.
