About the book:
The Comfort Crisis is any easy read or listen. Enjoyable, entertaining and enlightening. It’s been a helpful resource as I’ve navigated what it means to be a man during these weird modern times. It’s the book I end up recommending most these days - I hope you can enjoy it with us.
THE COMFORT CRISIS, by Michael Easter:
The Comfort Crisis is a bold call to break out of your comfort zone and explore the wild within yourself, to embrace discomfort in order to reclaim your wild, happy and healthy self.
Discover the evolutionary mind and body benefits of living at the edges of your comfort zone and reconnecting with the wild.
ACCOLADES:
Thought provoking adventure that weaves together findings from anthropology, physiology, neuroscience, and other disciplines. - Alex Hutchinson
Changes the way we think about the modern world and how everyday conveniences are eroding our understanding of what it means to be human. - Richard Dorment, editor in chief, Men’s Health
